and materialize
"when you view, materialized." So says Dr. Denis Waitley, author, lecturer and consultant for the improvement of human performance. Responsible for the training of Apollo astronauts of the space program and U.S. Olympic athletes in the '80s and '90s he studied the physical responses of athletes linked to sophisticated equipment biofeed back when they were asked to imagine themselves as the post of athletic movement.
What emerged from laboratory studies is that the muscles of athletes emit a pulse of activation in the exact same way when the athlete really make the athletic movement.
This happens because the mind does not distinguish between when an event happens and when it is really only the fruit of imagination.
This may have important consequences as regards the course of our state of health. Imagine, see themselves "through the eyes of the mind" in a state of good health, can affect the biochemistry of the human body so far as to affect the real state of health. Do you understand what we're saying?
